It's a bit hard to see in this one, but it's the stall with the giant mushrooms, they also sold giant crab legs and assorted other wicked sea food nibbles :D
Now these are actually fish stomach seasoned and spiced, then dried out... they actually taste pretty nice, I've got a close up of them later and one with me eating it...
Delicious fish eggs, seasoned and spiced then dried out as well, it is considered a delicacy. :D
The sugar cane juice stand, I don't know if people have seen sugar cane before, but they are deliciously messy to eat lol.

Now these are awesome lol, incase it's too hard to see, they are actually small crabs, fish and shrimps deep fried and salted. Simple and delicious :P Terribly un healthy though hahaha.

The night market looks so cool! I wish we had markets like that here. The pig is so cute in his little pink cage.. I want him! :D Also, those spiral hot dogs are craaazy!! But cool!
